(A) The final plat shall be filed with the Planning Commission not later than 12 months after the date of approval of the preliminary plat. Otherwise the preliminary plat will be considered void.
(B) The final plat shall be filed with the Village Administrator at least three weeks prior to the Planning Commission's regularly scheduled meeting. The final plat shall be considered officially filed on the day it is received and accepted by the Village Administrator and shall be so dated on the application form.
(C) A fee, as determined by the Village Council, shall be submitted with the filing of the final plat along with the completed application form, questionnaire, one reproducible copy, and ten copies of the plat.
