§ 152.034 REGULATIONS GOVERNING DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.

The final plat drawings shall be prepared by a registered surveyor and a set of construction and utility plans prepared by a registered engineer. Such plans shall be submitted to the responsible officials and agencies as outlined in §§ 152.090 et seq.
