§ 113.09 GIVING OF PRIZES OR AWARDS.

No person shall, by himself, herself, by another person or otherwise, directly or indirectly, give any prize, award, merchandise, gift or anything of value to any player, or to any operator, of any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device, or to any contestant for a high score on the device.
