§ 113.05 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   (A)   If the applicant for a license has filed a properly completed application and has paid the proper fee as specified, then a license shall be issued.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, all licenses shall terminate on December 31 of each calendar year and there shall be no pro-rating of fees. If any machine or device is replaced or substituted or added during the registration period, the applicant must report the change or addition to the Chief of Police.
