(A) No person shall display for public patronage or keep for operation by the public any mechanical or electrically operated amusement device without first obtaining an operator’s license issued by the Chief of Police in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The fee shall be $50.00 per year per game room or amusement arcade for an annual license for such game room or amusement arcade.
