§ 75.24 RECORD OF LICENSES.
   The Chief of Police shall keep a record of the issuance of such licenses and license tags to whom issued, the number thereof, and the number and make of the bicycle frame. The Chief of Police shall keep a record of all fees collected for the issuance of such license.
