§ 75.21 APPLICATION; FEE.
   (A)   Application for an original license and license tag shall be made to the Chief of Police upon a form to be provided by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   The application required by division (A) shall be accompanied by a fee of $2 to become the property of the village at the time of the issuance of the license tag.
