(A) No person being the owner, bailee, lessee or custodian of a snowmobile, go-cart, mini-bike or other similar vehicle shall operate such vehicle on any sidewalk, street, alley or highway in the village.
(B) No person being the owner, bailee, lessee or custodian of a snowmobile, go-cart, mini-bike or other similar vehicle, in the capacity of a parent or guardian, shall permit a minor under the age of 18 years to operate such vehicle on any sidewalk, street, alley or highway in the village.
(C) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than $50.
