A supplementary water main extension agreement, of which this extension policy shall be part of same, shall be executed by the applicant and the utility. The agreement, accompanied by a suitable map drawn to scale, shall identify the subdivision and the lot numbers and dimensions of all original and future lots to be served. The lots to be initially served by the extension shall be known as original lots. The lots located immediately adjacent to the extension and which can be served in future by means of a standard tap and service line shall be identified and know as future lots.
