§ 52.01 UNLAWFUL ACTS GENERALLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any individual, group of individuals, company, corporation, agent, lessee, or representative of any company or corporation to put, pour, dump, or drain or cause or permit such acts, either accidentally or intentionally, any solution, powder, liquid, gas in vapor form, or a combination of such substances which are or could be detrimental or harmful to the normal operation of the sewage system or wastewater treatment plant either on the ground, or on or in any catch basin, manhole or structure either above or below ground used for the purpose of receiving, maintaining or conveying sewage, storm water, normal surface water drainage, or combination thereof, to and through the sewage system and wastewater treatment plant of the village. The occurrence of any such act shall be cause for the defendant to be responsible for the cost of labor and material used to counteract the detrimental conditions caused by such acts, in addition the penalty provided in § 52.99.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any individual, group of individuals, company, corporation, agent, lessee, or representative of any company or corporation to leave unattended by a responsible individual for any reason a site or location where there has been a leak of spillage of any amount of gas in a vapor form, or any substance of flammable or explosive nature. Failure of any individual, group of individuals, company, corporation, agent, lessee, or representative of any company or corporation to notify immediately the Village Administrator, Police Department or Fire Department of any leak or spillage of any gas in a vapor form or any substance of flammable or explosive nature shall be cause for the defendant to be punished as provided in § 52.99.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any individual, group of individuals, company, corporation, agent, lessee, or representative of any company or corporation to put, pour, drain, or cause or permit to be done, any liquid or solid from any septic tank, holding tank, vault, or container used to convey any contents from such containers in the sewage system without written permission from the Village Administrator.
