§ 31.144 COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES.

(A) No person shall operate a food establishment who does not have a valid permit, license or certificate issued to them by the city. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this subchapter shall be entitled to receive or retain a permit, license or certificate.

(B) Permits, licenses or certificates are not transferable. A valid permit, license or certificate shall be posted in every food establishment.
