§ 31.125 APPOINTMENT AND TERM OF OFFICE; REMOVAL.
   (A)   The City Attorney shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council, and shall hold his or her office for a term of one year and until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
   (B)   The City Attorney shall be subject to removal for cause by the Mayor and Council.
