(A) The fee for the license required by this subchapter is $50 per month. Multiple peddlers or solicitors representing the same vendor, corporation or organization will be required to each have an individual license/badge.
(B) In addition to the fee set forth in division(A) of this section, an applicant shall deposit $5 with the city at the time he or she files his or her license application. This sum will be returned to the applicant when he or she returns the badge issued to the person under § 118.123.
