(A) A badge shall be issued, by an authorized representative, to each peddler or solicitor licensed under this subchapter. The badge shall contain the words “licensed peddler” or “licensed solicitor” the expiration date of the license, the number of the license, and the peddler or solicitor’s photograph (supplied by the applicant). The badge shall be worn conspicuously by the peddler or solicitor during such time as he or she is engaged in the business licensed.
(B) A peddler or solicitor is required to exhibit his or her license at the request of any resident.
