(A) In addition to the other requirements of this subchapter all individuals who wish to solicit funds on public properties, including sidewalks and street corners, to allow aid or contributions to their participation in any charitable event, as a walk-a-thon, bike trip, race or other occurrence, must secure a permit from the city.
(B) The application for this permit shall include the following:
(1) Name of the individual or individuals participating in the solicitation;
(2) A letter from the nonprofit or charitable organization acknowledging and authorizing the solicitation;
(3) Proof the nonprofit or charitable organization is in full compliance with the requirements of § 118.124; and
(4) Any other documents or proofs the City Council shall deem necessary to render its decision.
(C) If granted, the individual shall fully comply with all applicable provisions of this subchapter.
