§ 118.124 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS; BLANKET PERMITS AND WAIVERS.
   Nonprofit organizations may secure, by formal letter, a blanket permit by applying to the Mayor and Council, giving the purpose and date upon which solicitations or canvassing will be made. The Mayor and Council may waive the requirements of this subchapter or parts thereof for the organizations. If no waiver is granted, the nonprofit organization must comply fully with this subchapter. A nonprofit organization shall be registered with the State Attorney General before any permit is granted to the organization under this section, and shall furnish a letter attesting to this registration.
