§ 31.095 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; APPOINTMENT, STATUS AND COMPENSATION.
   There is established the position of Finance Director. The Finance Director shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council. The position of Finance Director shall be exempt from the classified civil service. The Finance Director shall be an employee of the city and shall earn a salary determined from time to time by ordinance or resolution of Council.
