§ 31.080 RECORDS.

(A) The City Treasurer shall keep all books, papers, vouchers, warrants, documents and other written instruments pertaining to his or her office at the city building, which books and documents shall be open to the inspection of the Mayor, Council and the City Clerk.

(B) The Treasurer shall keep, in addition to the books of accounts provided for in this subchapter, such additional books of accounts as the Mayor and Council from time to time direct.
