§ 31.077 REPORTS.
   (A)   The City Treasurer shall make a report, in writing, to the Mayor and Council at its first regular meeting in each and every month, showing all moneys that have been turned over to and received by him or her from any and all persons, the disbursements, if any, during the next preceding month, the funds to which those moneys in his or her hands have been distributed, the separate items of each account of the funds and the balance remaining, if any, in such funds.
   (B)   He or she shall, further, make an annual report, in writing, to the Mayor and Council, in the manner provided by state statutes, which report the City Clerk shall immediately cause to be published as required by law.
