§ 117.44 VIOLATION OF “CRIME-FREE LEASE ADDENDUM” PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit any tenant to occupy any residential rental property in violation of any provision of the "Crime-Free Lease Addendum" required by this code.
