A persons applying for a residential rental license or persons administering, managing or controlling the operation of any rental dwelling unit must attend a crime-free multi-housing seminar, administered by the Oak Forest Police Department, or approved agency, prior to issuance of the license. The seminar may be attended after application has been submitted and the license will be issued after successful completion. Each licensee shall attend a seminar every three years.
