The annual fee for a residential rental license on each physical property shall be paid at the time of application as follows:
(A) One to five dwelling units: $100 per year;
(B) Six to ten dwelling units: $150 per year;
(C) Eleven to 19 dwelling units: $200 per year;
(D) Twenty to 30 dwelling units: $300 per year;
(E) Thirty-one to 40 dwelling units: $400 per year; and
(F) Forty-one or more dwelling units: $500 per year.
