Application for a residential rental license shall be made in the name of the legal owner of the premises to be rented, submitted to the City Clerk on forms provided by the Clerk. The application shall identify the location of the property; the name, address, email address and telephone of the owner; the name, address, email address and 24-hour telephone(s) of the manager or custodian of the property; the owner's agent for service of process; and such other information as the Clerk may reasonably require.
