§ 114.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 114.001 through 114.013 shall be fined not less than $1,000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 114.070 through 114.078, young adult entertainment facilities, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 114.050 through 114.057 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Each day a violation continues or occurs shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit such other legal remedies as may be available to the city under the provisions of the building code or as otherwise provided by law.
