§ 31.033 VACATING OF POSITION.

(A) Declaration of vacancy. Immediately upon removal or resignation, or for any other reason the City Administrator ceases to perform the duties of his or her position, the Mayor shall declare the position of City Administrator vacant.

(B) Time limitation. Within a six-month period from the declaration of vacancy, a new City Administrator may be appointed in accordance with this subchapter.
