§ 31.032 RESIGNATION AND SEVERANCE PAY.
   (A)   Notification. The City Administrator may resign from his or her position upon 60 days’ prior written notice to the Mayor.
   (B)   Limited severance. The City Administrator shall be entitled to severance pay as provided by contract in the event of resignation.
