§ 31.031 REMOVAL AND SEVERANCE PAY.
   (A)   Removal. The City Administrator may, at any time, be removed from his or her position by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of Council.
   (B)   Severance. The City Administrator shall be entitled to six months’ severance pay upon removal from the position or as otherwise provided by contract between the city and the City Administrator.
