§ 31.015 MAYOR AS LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER; REVIEW AND APPEAL.
   (A)   Unless and until otherwise provided by Council, the Mayor shall be the Liquor Control Commissioner of and for the city.
   (B)   Effective upon the passage of the resolution codified in this section, all reviews or appeals of the actions or orders of the Liquor Control Commissioner shall be made by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission on the official record made before the Liquor Control Commissioner, as provided by law.
