(A) Any business activity operated in the City of Oak Forest where state law has preempted local registering or where the City of Oak Forest is mandated to accept another municipality’s certification shall be required to produce all required registering documentation and proof of current bonds and insurance coverages.
(B) As to any of the businesses where state law has preempted local authority, the City of Oak Forest shall require an annual administrative fee of $100. This charge shall be used to reimburse the city for municipal costs to confirm the business is in full compliance of state law.
