(A) No electrical or plumbing contractor shall do any work as such in the city if he or she is not registered as such by another municipality. Before doing any work as such in the city, the contractors shall furnish evidence of registering to the Building Commissioner or his or her authorized representative.
(B) In addition to the registering requirement, each contractor shall post a bond as provided in § 110.049.
