(A) Fire inspections. The premises of all businesses licensed under this business license title shall be inspected periodically by the Fire Chief to ensure that the premises are maintained so that fire exits and other means of ingress and egress to the premises are not blocked so as to hinder egress from the premises. The Chief shall also determine that fire extinguishers and the general condition of the premises are maintained in accordance with the Fire Prevention Code.
(B) Building inspections. The premises of all licensed businesses shall be inspected periodically by the Building Commissioner to ensure that the premises have not become unsafe for the public or employees of the licensee.
