§ 31.002 INFORMATION REGARDING ELECTIVE OFFICES.
   The following information shall be made available by the City Clerk’s office to any resident of the city who is running for an elective municipal office within the city:
   (A)   Photostatic copies of Illinois Compiled Statutes which pertain to election laws;
   (B)   Certificates of nomination and nomination papers; and
   (C)   A letter signed by the City Clerk informing the resident of the city of the number of signatures required on nomination papers for each elective office.
