(A) Applications for licenses and permits required by this business regulation title shall be made in writing to the City Clerk, who is the Business License Commissioner of the city, upon forms provided by him or her.
(B) Each application shall state the name of the applicant, the license or permit desired, the location to be used, if any, and the square footage of the premises to be used by the licensee, and each application shall contain such additional information as may be required by this business regulation title or requested by city officials.
(C) No license or permit shall be issued until the applicant has furnished all information requested by the City Clerk or other municipal official and until all other city ordinances are complied with.
