§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   The imposition of one penalty for any violation of §§ 94.01 through 94.20 shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. All offenders are required to correct or remedy the violations or defects within a reasonable time. When not otherwise specified, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained.
      (2)   The application of the penalty set forth in § 94.01 shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.

   (C)   Persons who shall violate a provision of §§ 94.35 through 94.41 or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair or do work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the fire code official, or of a permit or certificate used under provisions of this code, shall be guilty of a violation of fire codes, punishable by a fine of not more than $500. Each day after that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 94.55 through 94.63 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750. Each day that a violation of §§ 94.55 through 94.63 continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
