§ 94.62 ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS.

(A) No person shall advertise fireworks within the corporate limits of the city on any sign or billboard located within the city, or by handbills or circulars distributed within the city.

(B) This section does not prohibit sending solicitations or advertisements solely to persons possessing a public display permit under § 94.58 above.
