§ 91.028 COMPLIANCE OF EXISTING AND NEW BUILDINGS.
   Existing properties and buildings must comply with the provisions of this chapter within 12 months from the date of enactment of the ordinance codified in this chapter. All newly constructed buildings or buildings currently under construction must comply with the provisions of this chapter immediately.
