§ 91.013 CEMETERIES.
   No person shall establish, operate or maintain a cemetery within the city or within one mile thereof. However, any cemetery lawfully established prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section (Ord. 21, passed 1-16-1948) may be continued.
