§ 91.010 LANDLORD-TENANT SERVICES.
   (A)   No landlord shall discontinue any heat, water or sewer services without a court order.
   (B)   Sections PM-601.1 (Heating Facilities - Residential Buildings) and PM-601.2 (Heating Facilities - Nonresidential Structures) of the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, most current edition, or any successor edition of the aforementioned publication, are made a part of this chapter and shall be enforced by the City Health Commission.
