§ 91.007 SWIMMING POOLS.

All public swimming pools, including, but not limited to, all pools operated by apartment complexes, homeowners associations, condominium associations and similar organizations, and any organization charging a fee for membership or admittance, shall be required to pass an annual health inspection.
