§ 91.006 DANGEROUS BUILDINGS AND PREMISES.
   (A)   No person shall permit any building, structure or place to be or remain in such a condition as to be dangerous to the public health in any way. Any such building, structure or place is declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   Sections PM-301.1 (Sanitation), PM-302.1 (General), PM-303.1 (General), PM-301.4 (Weeds), PM-303.4 (Lead-Based Paint) and PM-303.5 (Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage) of the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, most current edition, or any successor edition of the aforementioned publication, are made a part of this chapter and shall be enforced by the City Health Commission.
