§ 91.005 USE OF UTENSILS AND TOWELS IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   No person shall maintain any common drinking cup, dipper or similar utensil, for the use of more than one person, in any public hall, theater, store or other place frequented by the public.
   (B)   No person shall maintain in or about any public lavatory or washroom any towel for common use. The term COMMON USE, as used in this section, shall be construed to mean by more than one person.
