§ 91.004 INSECT AND RODENT CONTROL.
   (A)   The City Health Commissioner shall supervise any insect and rodent control program instituted or maintained by the city.
   (B)   Sections ES-301.4 (Insect and Rat Control), ES-303.6 (Insect and Rat Harborage) and ES-802.0 (Extermination) of the BOCA National Existing Structures Code, most current edition, or any successor edition of the aforementioned publication, are made a part of this chapter and shall be enforced by the City Health Commission.
