(A) The Rules and Regulations for the Control of Communicable Diseases, adopted July 1, 1970, as amended, of the State Department of Public Health, or any applicable successor rules and regulations thereto, are made a part of this chapter and shall be enforced by the City Health Commission. Where there is a conflict between any of those rules and regulations and a provision of this chapter, the stricter standard shall govern.
(B) Three copies of the rules and regulations adopted herein shall be kept on file for public use, inspection and examination at the office of the City Clerk.
