(A) The city may authorize variances from standard sidewalk provisions set forth in § 90.019 where no curb exists or when unusual topographical conditions, nature of existing construction or similar factors would make adherence to the provisions unreasonable.
(B) The variance shall only be approved by the Mayor and City Council.
