Applicants shall comply with the following standard provisions for sidewalk construction:
(A) The minimum width shall be five feet;
(B) The minimum thickness shall be five inches with a two-inch sand or stone cushion;
(C) The beginning distance from the property line shall be one foot;
(D) The grade shall follow a line sloping up and away from the top of the curb at a slope of one-fourth inch per foot; and
(E) Concrete shall be subject to a 28-day compression test for a six-bag mix; three to six percent air entrainment shall be 3,500 psi.
