§ 52.090 MEASUREMENTS, TESTS AND ANALYSES OF INDUSTRIAL WASTES.
   (A)   The owner of any property serviced by a building sewer carrying industrial waste shall provide laboratory measurements, tests and analyses of waters and wastes to illustrate compliance with this chapter and any special condition for discharge established by the city and/or the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago.
   (B)   The number, type and frequency of laboratory analyses to be performed by the owner shall be as stipulated by the city and MSDGC, but not less than once per year the industry must supply a complete analysis of the constituents of the wastewater discharge to ensure that there is compliance with federal, state and local standards. The owner shall report the results of measurements and laboratory analyses to the city and MSDGC at the times and in the manner as prescribed by the city. The owner shall bear the expense of all measurements, analyses and reporting required by the city and/or MSDGC. At the times as deemed necessary, the city and/or MSDGC reserves the right to take measurements and samples for analysis by an outside laboratory service, with costs to be paid by the owner.
