§ 52.062 COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGES.
   The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula:
CW = CB(V) + CD(V)
where:

wastewater service charge per billing period

basic user rate (projected annual operation maintenance and replacement costs/annual billable flow)

debt service charge (annual debt service/annual billable flow)

volume of water used per billing period
