§ 52.030 CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP OF PREMISES.

Irrespective of any change in ownership of premises, each parcel of real estate for which an application for a sewer connection and house connection has been filed and accepted by the city shall be liable for the payment of the periodic sewer charge.
