§ 52.011 DAMAGE TO SEWAGE WORKS PROHIBITED.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under the charge of disorderly conduct.
