§ 52.001 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

(A) The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that the public sewer system is maintained to properly serve the community while minimizing pollution of air, land and watercourses.

(B) This chapter is intended to meet the current requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency for federal grants for construction of treatment works.
